Cold Case Files will show it's Zodiac episode (with Tom, Sandy, Scott, Bill, Roger, Mike and myself at the LB crime scene at the very end) on A&E on July 18th at 12PM and 6PM.

I have three recorders set up to tape this! I don't want to miss it. Two of the recorders are here and the other is in another location, just in case the power or cable goes out! I can't wait to see this.

I never did find my original copy of CCF, which I taped when it was first broadcast back in 2003. I made sure to tape this one on short play (like the Nash Bridges Z episode).

You folks looked great on CCF. The master sleuths!! I am both honored and feel privileged to me among you now.

Tom, though I had seen pictures of you....this kind of brought more of a clear image of what you look like.

I've probably seen the CCF episode on about 20 times since it first aired in 2003. A&E plays it quite frequently...

Did you notice that they said during the program that Stine was killed on 10/10 instead of 10/11? Great episode none-the-less. I was just jealous to not be sitting at the outdoor table with you guys :-(

It wasn't just any picnic table, it was overlooking Z Island...

One complaint I had about the episode is the fact they brushed over the whole reason the 'Z' suspect was not examined further by the police that night. There was no mention of the mistaken call over the radio, or maybe I missed it.

I brought this up before, but I'll do it again...
In the episode, Robert Graysmith mentioned the Goodbye that Nancy Slover recieved. Well he actually tried to say it like he thought zodiac did and he must of made that up because Nancy's and his are totally different. Is this more of Graysmith's making up things? Unless he's talking about a different call?

He probably read the police report and the more readily available newspaper stories and guessed what it sounded like. Too bad he wasn't interested in the truth enough to have tracked Nancy Slover down in the 1970's when he was starting his investigation.

James, I think you're referring to Ed Rust not Graysmith.

I'd have to watch it again, but thought it was Graysmith? Whoever it was it sounded different.
