Justin Barber is on trial for killing his wife. He claims it was a mugger on the 'beach' who shot his wife and he struggled over the gun with. If it is a mugger who he struggled with, it was one very much like the Zodiac. He appeared from the darkness and was unable to kill the man. they have a long distance marriage. I think he killed her by what i had read. I think might someone had helped him in a plot of murder of his wife. $2.5 million dollars. hmmmmm | ||

Chari, very true that 2.5 million dollars is a good motive....but some things about the case don't add up to murder in my opinion. Such as location of the gun, location of the bullet wounds. | ||

Well then, the jury has spoken......so I guess there was enough evidence to prove he did it...beyond a reasonable doubt.... Thank you for the update Colette..... | ||
