From the sound of it, I'd say that most DNA matches aren't acted upon. What's the point of having a system like CODIS if it's not used as it was designed to be???

It is very sad indeed, but I am thankful for the ones that were caught. And for the ones who got a get out of jail card, because the real perp was caught due to his DNA. I wonder if Z was over looked in CODIS ? Geez what a thought !
