A 13 years old boy who was kidnapped near his home Monday was found yesterday along with another boy thats been missing over 4 years. Ben Ownby was kidnapped Monday and now reunited with his parents,also Shaun Hornbeck who was kidnapped near his home on Oct.6,2002. He also reunited with his parents. The Man in custody is Micheal Devlin. The police were serving a search warrant at or near the same apartment complex when they spotted a truck that was described as the truck used in the kidnapping. They called in the plates and got the man's name and locationg and then searched his home and found the boys. | ||

They should dig up the grounds. This inidvidual sounds to me like a predator who likes to use a young victim until he reaches a certain age and then goes out and gets another. | ||
