Does anybody here know the quickest way to Lake Beryessa?!!!????!!!!??

If you're in Napa, head out along Trancas to the east, which eventually becomes Monticello Road. You'll make a left at Moscowite Corners. Otherwise, just follow the signs.

Roger, where would you be coming from?

The cabins at Spanish Flat are awesome. I just got back from 5 days at Lake Berryessa. The cabins are $75/day weekdays and $100/day weekends. They're about 15 yards from the water and the water is almost a perfect temperature for swimming. I caught a few catfish, bluegill and carp. The cabins have one double bed and a set of twin bunkbeds. The cabins have a shower, toilet, microwave, kitchen table, BBQ and table, AC and a coffee maker. You need to bring your own linen. The grocery store is a bit of a rip off so I suggest you stock up in Napa.

Kendra, I would be coming up from the Oakland airport.

Hi Roger-Hmmm, It looks like the easiest way would be to take freeway 680 (through Concord and Martinez, then through Fairfield). Take the 505 from 680 slightly after Vacaville until you reach hwy. 128 (at Winters). Swing a left and drive on 128 until you get to Knox Valley Rd. then make a left. You are at the lake! You'll pass Moscowite corners and a gas station when hwy. 128 intersects hwy. 121 (before hitting Knox Valley Rd). Oh, and it looks like you can catch the 680 from 880 or 580 (?) in Oakland, near the airport. I hope this wasn't too confusing. I took a drive to Lake Berryessa a few days ago myself, but I'm coming from a much closer location. You could also go another route, through Berkley, Vallejo and Napa, but it looks like both ways may be equal in time and distance. I could be wrong, though. I don't know about coming from Winters, but the hwy. 121 from Napa to Lake Berryessa is curvy, curvy, twisted and curvy. Be sure to take dramamine! Hee hee.
