On July 4, 2002, amateur detectives and Zodiac-case enthusiasts
from around the country will be gathering
for a first-of-its-kind event: an all-amateur "task-force meeting" at Blue Rock
Springs Park in Vallejo,
Calif. The purpose? To share ideas, information and theories about the unsolved Zodiac
crimes.
(The park was the scene of Zodiac's 1969 4th of July attack.)

(Reserved area of Blue Rock Springs Park, featuring 22 picnic tables, two barbecues and
nearby water and restrooms. Attendees will be responsible for their own refreshments.
Holiday parking is $3. Alcohol is not permitted in the park. Dogs are not allowed.)
